★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know Covid has made things more difficult for everyone including travel however it's no excuse for the extremely poor customer service we've received over the last 2 years. Multiple emails go unanswered. Voice-mail not returned. Then the kicker was today. I called the call centre directly since no one returns my voice mails. I waited 9n hold over 2 hours. A representative answered. I gave him my booking number that has my future travel credit info then the call got disconnected!!! After 2 hours on hold! The worst part was even though he had my booking number and therefore my contact info he didn't call me back after disconnecting. I called back and was on hold again until the call got disconnected again because they closed for the day. Also : they no longer have a physical office to walk into so basically they ignore all contact and don't have deal with their clients.
