★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried it as a sort of spur of the moment thing. Honestly, the location and facility itself is a one star at best. Pretty uninviting building, hard to find, poor signage, old and gross looking place. But the food itself was fantastic and the people were friendly. And good prices too. I guess that’s what it’s all about in the grand scheme of things. But a facelift is necessary for the location in order to attract people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. I'm from out of town and called at 9pm about when the close and they closed at 9pm but they took my order and made it for me anyways. The pizza was amazing! I will definitely be back when I'm in town and recommend ordering from here the staff is super friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 30 mins to order pizza. Had friends who were dining in and they waited almost an hour between appetizer and main course. We were still waiting for our pizza when our friends got their food and they said it was the wrong order. Changing the name of the restaurant doesn’t mean their service changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered one if their combos & a poutine on the side. The delivery time was good I will say...however the food wasn't that good. I asked just for donair sauce as an accessory on the pizza and they added the donair meat, and barley any sauce...my house special pizza contained raw onions, raw green pepper and the pizza crust was partially raw. The poutine wasnt horrible but for someone who doesn't like salty food it would not be a good choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since they moved to the Pysanka Plaza, they have had terrible pizza. I would personally say Worst In town. My Go To order is a Chicken Delight and Donair Pizza. My Donair Pizza came overdone. The donair meat was Black and Charcoaly. My delivery driver was extremely unprofessional, Cursing and blaming a guy named Adam for not adding the delivery charge to the bill. Adam. Hope your day gets Better. In the end. Won't be ordering Veg Pizza for a few weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the new location doesn't serve the original vegreville pizza that used to be in the old location. Dough was rubbery and over cooked . They say unlimited toppings!! But the chicken delight I ordered had hardly 1 piece of chicken per slice on a large pizza. The whole pizza was over cooked on the edges. Middle of the pizza was sunken like it was rolled from a small size dough stretched to make it large.
The new Cooks/ owners , please pay attention to your recipe and presentation. I assume it's just the old name but the recipe and Cooks are al new. I get it when you take a name and try to retain old customers it's kinda hard . Still , please don't be stingy when it comes to those toppings portions ..because the price is higher so should the qualityand quantity.. Hope you will be able to fix these errors and make us locals happy with original vegreville pizza Mr. Mubarak used to sell to us.... good luck and will be back just to make sure things are on track.
