★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrid front desk service, shady room keys that never seemed to work, discussing smell of old run down rooms and faulty plumbing! YUCK YUCK YUCK! Save yourself the headache and go for another hotel! Zero Stars if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospitality was above any place I have stayed before. The hostess was very professional and friendly the lunches made for me and crew were amazing for the value all home made cookies and sandwiches were huge and very good. I do recommend staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked on the road for years and this place has the worst customer service, very rude and the room was far from sanitary. Spider webs and dead bugs piled up in the corner of the room, obvious view and has obviously been there for a while. I would give zero stars if I could.

Aa for the food, the burger I had was ok, but nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I pulled up, I was not expecting this! This building is amazing! Keep Wes Anderson away from here ;) Super helpful and friendly front desk gent and his pup, checked myself and one cat in very quickly. Incredibly clean, nice holiday decorations, and a very nice deep tub. Anytime I drive across Alberta I’ll make it a point to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were like refrigerators...food in lounge ok but expensive...Eileen is amazing!!! Couldn't get the wifi to work for me...any and all possible passwords did NOT work...
As a person with a disability, there were no rooms designated as such...
The staff, when present, was very pleasant and helpful.
