★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an honest and thorough review from a former resident who would like to warn others of this building, and the property owner.
I've attached photos of what the bathroom condition was like on the day I moved in. Toilets were not working properly and were disgusting. I was promised and reassured several times that the apartment would be cleaned and functioning upon move in day. I even delayed my move in date because these issues were not resolved but even so, the apartment was not prepared. In the 9 terrible months of living there, my kitchen flooded several times, ruining hundreds of dollars of personal belongings the first week I moved in. I wasn't home at the time, and the property manager did not even call me to tell me about the flooding. I found out on my own the next day when I got home. Toilets continued to be an ongoing issue until I fought to have 1 replaced. During winter, there was no heat for several days. Hot water often was not working properly. Without getting into even more details, I'll let the pictures speak for themselves and leave you with one final warning. I've been fighting for 6 months to get my deposit back. Part of this I paid in cash which is in the property managers pocket for good. I'm working with government services for the remainder of my deposit. If you are a former resident struggling to get your deposit, call The Ontario Governments Rental Housing Unit. PS: the water quality is terrible there and so are the washer/dryer. Ruined a lot of clothes. Find another place to live.
