It is a safe and happy environment for everyone and I always leave work with a smile on my face. Gymnastics has made me a stronger person both physically and mentally and I owe it all to Guelph Saultos. Overall Guelph Saultos is the perfect place for young athletes to make friends, have fun, and get fit.

A child's membership was cancelled without any warning or proper communication. This was because a parent was exempt from wearing a face covering due to health reasons and the club would not honour that. Even though they were only in the building for a couple of minutes and the children themselves are prohibited from wearing them in the gym...

It is always a great pleasure to teach gymnastics where I grew up and trained as a gymnast for the past 14 years. I have been a high performance gymnast and Provincial Champion at Guelph Saultos. The club has provided me the training and discipline to become a great athlete and gave me the opportunity to share and give back to the Guelph community. I was very fortunate to have very supportive and caring coaches who guided me through the many challenging years of my life. Guelph Saultos offers a well structured gymnastics program and it provides a safe and fun environment to all their gymnasts and coaches.

It allowed me to have fun with my friends and burn off some of my energy, which I'm sure my parents also appreciated. Now that I have had the pleasure of work alongside Guelph Saultos as an adult, it has allowed me to appreciate what they have to offer even more! Their team is extremely dedicated, professional, and are real experts in the field. They have a variety of great programs that cater to children staying active and having fun. I can say with confidence that your child will be in great hands, whether you have them enrolled in a Gymnastics Class, Competitive Gymnastics, GymSchool, or even attending for Birthday Parties, PD Days, or Camps. Once I have children I will definitely be enrolling them at Guelph Saultos.

I saw a review saying coaches have no training or CITs I'm not sure what was going on then but there's training Ive taken it myself and I was a CIT and have worked with several. I have loved my time here and I miss all the kids and wish I could teach a class right now. All the kids I've had love it, and get so excited to master a skill or even really happy when they make friends. I myself did the girls classes for years and loved it.

Getting to spend time teaching the sport I love to kids through the years has always been extremely rewarding. The small and big victories ranging from a little ones first time jumping with two feet to a child’s very first back hand spring has got to be one of my favourite parts about coaching! As well as being able to leave a positive impact on the kids I have coached! Working at Saultos I have met amazing friends on the job and learned how to be more confident, responsible and empathetic. I have learned how to think critically and problem solve on the spot. I owe a lot of the person I am today to this job and it will always be my home away from home. At Saultos I have always found kindness, acceptance and growth. I am so glad to be a part of my Saultos Family!
