★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first home purchase wasn't made easy by Jason Wang. We hired him based on the recommendation of our realtor. I wished I checked Google reviews before hiring him for our home purchase. I ended up hiring another lawyer because Jason couldn't give us the counsel we needed to handle multiple delays with our home purchase.
I'm sure Jason is experienced in handling real estate transactions, but as a client I did not feel that he had our best interests at heart. I think that he just wanted the transaction over and done with, and he did not care whether it will put us at risk. I wouldn't recommend Jason as I don't think he is client-centric.
If you want to get a good lawyer, definitely check Google reviews first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jason Wang is very knowledgeable and caring. When there is a rush signing because of mortgage documents delay. He tried his best to accommodate the client needs. Ada, the assistant of Jason, is extremely helpful too. She received the documents only 2 hours before appointment of signing and they are able to request for funding. Your help is really appreciated! If you ever need to find a solicitor, this is the right choice for you.
