My client is happy because he was able to pay out some high interest rate debts and get his life back in order. The underwriter was amazing and worked with me to get this deal done. Great rates...I'll be sending more of my deals that don't fit with the banks to Excalibur.

Their website is easy to navigate and the mortgage infos are well detailed and clearly explained.
My communications with them was always efficient, straightforward and very pleasant.
My Mortgage renewal process was fast but not stressing. First I got an mail way ahead of the end of term date, they explain to me what my options are and gave me enough time to consider them.
It gets better, they followed up with me and gave me a better(lower) rate, saving me couple hundreds of dollars yearly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time to work with First National and my experience was great. Account Manager, Bing was not only kind but also He was easy to reach out and replied my urgent requests pretty quickly. Underwriting process was pretty quick and document review is also incredibly fast.
I would definitely recommend First National to my colleagues and it will be my go to lender from now on.
