โ โ โ โ โ Wonderful place to bring your recycling items. Facility is kept clean and there is a station to clean your hands. They offer the express return system (simple enrollment required) to eliminate the customer sorting eveything and lining up for the cashier, which makes it almost effortless.

โ โ โ โ โ First time there. Nice staff walked me through the process. Was not crowded. They have a sink with soap and water and air dryer to wash up when you are done. Make sure your recycling is not dirty. They don't like that.

โ โ โ โ โ gagan is really hardworking and honest to the people.she is also nice and punctual always . in her vacant she is cleaning and tidy up the area .i know her from two years working at kingsway store too. I recommend her to work more for this company. always keep her in your store. on the other hand Larry is also good manager and always helping in carrying my stuff . he is a good guy. The staff is really good and efficient. I will always come here as it is the only honest depot I ever visited too because I had so many bad experiences in other depots. they never cheated me .thanks so much...

โ โ โ โ โ The very first time I went to this return it depot I had a pick up full of empties and was greeted by Della. She was an amazing person who helped me get organized and sort my returns. I had my 3yr old boy with me and she was so friendly and made us both feel welcome. Now, Della has since then left as her husband was offered a job in another city but she will always be an example of the kind of personable and professional people this company employs. There are a couple of other people who I must mention as the service is above and beyond their duties. First of all Larry has been there since the beginning of my using this depot and he has always been super friendly and approachable. He is a great guy who demonstrates a high level of efficiency and his work ethic is tremendous. He is always very busy but still finds time to say hi and ask how my wife and kids are. He is off right now with an injury and I hope he has a speedy recovery. Last but not least is Gagan who has been a wonderful addition to this depot. She was at a different location so she came here with lots of experience and her efforts to get to know the regular customers has been obvious. She is a quick worker, a pleasant personality and a great leader for new staff. This is overall a great place!

โ โ โ โ โ Been here twice and love this location more than the larger Ontario street location.
This location is small, located more West, and less hours of operation, so this may lead to it being less busy so this is my location of choice. I always have to wait long time at Ontario Street location but not this one.
Staff are efficient and also recycles electronics, batteries and light bulbs.
Just enough free parking spots for after work traffic. Few more street parking spots nearby.
