Vancouver's Plumbing Connection

Ryan and his helper sorted out the problem with my leaky toilet. My downstairs neighbour is so happy now that they don't have a second shower in their bathroom!

They did a fine plumbing job, as far as I can tell, but their bookkeeping and their customer service are so incompetent that I cannot recommend them. Due to my multiple sclerosis, I have memory and focus problems. I completely forgot that I'd already paid the plumber in March 2017 and when they emailed me the same invoice again in November 2017, I paid them a second time. Even though I had clearly noted the same invoice number on both cheques, they cashed the second payment as well and didn't mention it to me. When I was preparing my taxes in early March 2018, I found two copies of the invoice and figured out my mistake. From there, it only got more frustrating as I called and emailed various people from the company and was just passed around without anyone really helping me. I sent several people the images of the cashed cheques from my bank, and they had to admit that it looked like I'd paid them twice, but then they would say that they would have to check with the bank or with someone else. One of the company's phone numbers didn't work and some emails were never answered; once in a while I get an abrupt email promising to get back to me soon. It has been more than a month since I told them about the mistake, and they still haven't told me how they intend to fix it. Stress makes my medical condition worse and I'm spending precious energy following up with them. All I want is my duplicate payment back, though I personally believe they should also make a generous donation to the MS Society as an apology for taking advantage of my disability.

We had problems in our washroom at the office. Vancouvers Plumbing showed up and fixed a janky toilet handle and replaced the faucet on the sink. Ryan had everything he needed in the truck and was in and out before we could go to lunch. Professional & Reliable!

Ryan is a very experienced tradesman with a multi faceted approach to how he handled all 3 of our bad plumbing problems. The obvious cause was not even close to the actual problems. He was thinking outside the box like a very experienced person. H showed up with a large van full of every tool required and had all parts on hand. If everyone else fails, call VPC.

Had both my shower stall installed as well as my composting toilet installed He did an excellent job helping me set up my off grid bathroom The composting toilet needed a vent going out the wall as well and he did a great job ensuring that there as no space for the weather to make it’s way inside this winter with the caulking job he did around the hole in the wall. He even made sure the vent pipe outside is insulated to prevent damage from both hot sun and cold winters Would highly recommend this business
