I live in Turkey and found Vancouver Red Rose from internet to deliver cakes&baloons&flowers to my sister&nephews who live in Vancouver. It was my nephews' birthday and my sister and one of my nephew turned out to be Covid positive on kids birthday! Although they do need 24 hours to prepare cake, Ray made it possible until the same day afternoon. Although he knew that there are Covid positive cases, he made the delivery by himself because all the drivers were busy with Christmas deliveries. If it was not for Vancouver Red Rose, I couldn't make it due to time difference, pre Christmas etc. He texted me from whatsapp, got approval for the cake and the note. And I think, the greatest part is he somehow wrote this note in handwriting in a language he doesnt speak. I do thank Ray a lot!

It was a lucky find for me searching on line from Ontario for a local flower shop in Vancouver for flowers for my daughter’s birthday. I no sooner placed my order on line when the owner, Ray called me to apologize for the fact that he did not have the featured blossom of the bouquet I had ordered. As we all know the current ‘State of Emergency’ due to the terrible flooding that exists in BC and I was just happy to be able to send anything. Ray kept me updated about the order, sent me a photograph, delivered them himself for same day delivery and offered my daughter birthday wishes. She was thrilled and it was an absolute dream experience for a consumer like myself to have been on the receiving end of. The building number was obscured by construction yet and they tried multiple times to reach both sender and receiver. Driver waited for a long time for instructions to proceed before he returned back to shop, and then another attempt was made to deliver again this time by Ray. Above and beyond! He even sent me a photo of the recipient with her beautiful flowers and basket of fruits taken at her request! The perseverance with the delivery despite the first failure was impressive. THANK YOU!! Highly recommend for personal service!
