★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark and the entire Shakespeare team transformed our house from a traditional 1960s home into a modern home. The entire renovation took less than 4 months. It was an amazing achievement considering that we basically rebuilt the house from the inside out! Mark’s team was always professional, courteous and helpful throughout the entire renovation. Eight years later, the quality of the work has stood the test of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted Mark 2 years ago to complete a renovation job for us (which included gutting our downstairs unit within a Vancouver Special, and updating the 2 additional bathrooms in the upstairs unit). Mark and his team were fantastic from Day 1, giving us advice on what to do (or not do), and what made sense to us as a multi-generational family. The team was responsive to our concerns (even in the late evening), and has never not responded to our calls, even 2 years later. Even the trades (ie. Waterline Plumbing) that were used were fantastic! Just like any major renovation, there were bumps along the way with some minor delays, but the team always kept us up-to-date. The quality of work done on this renovation has been top notch. I have happily shared with friends who did our renovations, and would be happy to call Mark again for any future renovations.
