★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jerome was very helpful and had lots of useful tips regarding growing mushrooms. Picked up 3qts of grain spawn, 2 Elm oyster and 1 lion's mane. Lions mane was fully colonised and the elm is just starting, but it all looks great.
