★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to this clinic because I accidentally dropped a hard object on my toe and I lost a whole piece of nail. Instead of letting me wait in the clinic for hours, the nurse gave me an ETA and let me leave the clinic for a while. When the doc had to remove the gauze, it hurt so bad that I screamed uncontrollably. The docs and nurses understood I was in pain that they were so caring and empathic during the whole process. I really appreciate their kindness and care. Thank you!!
