went in today after an appointment as I usually like to do, and am appalled by your recent price hikes. I get that people are reselling and making a profit, but I am really getting tired of being a shopper and paying for the price gouge. $22 for a Star Wars t shirt from Walmart? Are you serious? They are $17 brand new at Walmart. I’m dumbfounded by the attempt to price things like you’re an eBay store. You’re a thrift store, not a consignment. You do not curate your clothes, perhaps stop charging like you do. $22 for any shirt is literal highway robbery. Most shirts are $8.50. $8.50 for a used shirt? Faithful doesn’t even price this way. Honestly everyone you’re better off going to Salvation Army or the YMCA or Mission. They are cheap and don’t tax you.

The customer service here is terrible, the supervisor working today was rude and lacked any common courtesy. A simple exchange at this store is out of the question. They refused, took what I was exchanging and gave me a coupon. What is the purpose of having an account if they're unable to look at past purchases? I would definitely not return to this store unless I had to. My advice is use the value village on circle drive because they are friendly and the staff is much more knowledgable. Customer service is important in this day and age but this place knows nothing about customer satisfaction.

Great finds at Value Village, but it does seem like the price points are way higher than they used to be. What I would have spent $3 on a few years ago were closet to $7.

Very disappointed in the email discounts they give. It was very misleading. The way it was worded made me believe I would receive 50% off if I spent over $10. In actuality it was 50% off on the first $10. I never would have even bothered to go for that. Deceitful and underhanded. Not happy. Used to be one of my go to, stores not anymore!

Some things are high end quality, for low end prices. I love the strange, diverse, quirky, funny, goofy, things I come across. Some things from my childhood, or my parents childhood! There is Always Something, for someone in your life, because this is a great place for Great Gift ideas!

Your front-end supervisor, Brenda, has an absolute terrible customer service attitude. I waited in line for 15 minutes while they waved in people with β€œone or two items. Meanwhile I have a cart full and have been waiting in line. Perhaps you should consider a 10 item or less check out. All while she left the actual work to her staff. I watched someone ask about a price and this unkind employee just simply walked away. Who does that? She should be ashamed for her actions, she’s not very nice at all. Not sure how she managed to get her position, but I assume it’s from patronizing staff with lower pay. Good job?

Decent selection of clothes, housewares and other used items at decent prices. Store is clean, staff are friendly. It's unfortunate there are no change rooms anymore, but that's a necessary side effect of COVID. Some people share concerns that Value Village is not a non-profit, but that's not something that bothers me personally. Bottom line: if you need inexpensive clothing, including decent name brands, give them a look and see how far you can stretch your dollar.

I enjoy that this location has a clear drop off system. Of the two in Saskatoon, this location is better for clothing, shoes and accessories, but the shelves are usually pretty bare for knickknacks, etc. There are deals to be found, but often brand names are priced high for second hand. Bring a donation each time to get the discount coupon.
