★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to pay your phone bill. Yesterday the girl said she couldn't do it while her mouth was full of food and spitting food everywhere. Today I went to pay my bill and the girl said they where to busy and I need to go somewhere else. She was also on the phone with her friend while serving other people.

I had an issue with a phone and thought because it was a Wind phone I can go to a Wind store to fix it...wrong.
Wind seen there was an issue and was about to give me a new phone until they looked up my file and seen it was purchased from an out of Wind store company. I had to go back to cedarbrae mall where the middle eastern short guy with glasses told me, even if all the Wind stores seen an issue with my phone, does not mean he has to exchange or give a refund. That location is not a Wind store therefore they do not share information regarding issues, he said he purchases those phones from the company so he decides on whether there's an issue.
I contacted Wind head office, these small phone shops ate suppose to comply when there's an issue but they can't force them.
I would suggest to purchase a phone only in actual company stores!!!
