O	Oli Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this review mainly based on the service I've received from the employees, and a couple other things. The staff at this location is always a pure delight. They employ people from high school to retirement age here, and every employee I've had the pleasure of encountering here has been kind, helpful, patient, and understanding. Another thing I like is that they often have a lot of food 30-50% when nearing the expiry. I usually pick up a few things to freeze for later in the week or just make for dinner that night or the next, depending on date. It's usually produce, cheese and fish+meats (though other stuff on occasion), so I've been able to afford eating a little better. My only criticism is that it's a tight fit in a lot of the store, but that isn't something they can fix right away.

My only negative comment is the staff in produce...the older associate is very rude and needs to cover up a little better so his butt doesn't flash every time he moves. And the other associate needs to be more professional..

Last two grocery trips there found same thing. As well, my friend has returned recently to store with same issues. Perhaps this store should enstate the refund paid amount for overcharged items.

Since Value-Mart belongs to Loblow's, there are many PC (President's Choice) product on display. Some of the prices are somewhat higher than in their Loblow's stores. There is usually enough parking spots in their (free) lot but, at times, delivery trucks make it difficult to move or leave the parking lot. As of late spring, they operate their seasonal garden Centre in a structure in the parking lot.
