The staff were wonderful, caring, patient and made a difficult time in my life easier. I am now better but each time I go in I am always greeted with a smile and great service.

They have answers to my questions and offer many services from travelling advice for necessary vaccines to the seasonal flu shot or any other pharmacy service you may require. I recommend using them if you live nearby as they have competitive prices, good hours of operation and are very knowledgeable! Thanks Valley Ridge Pharmacy!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is like home to me! I always get top notch service with top notch professionalism! They take care of me and when my Mother visits...they take care of her! They are extremely kind and patient and always deal with refills and new prescriptions, promptly! Very simply...they care. Moeen is the BEST and does drug reviews with me every year and anything else that is necessary to my good health. He is very knowledgeable as are the rest of the staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. Been told multiple times over the phone that they have vaccine availability and that I have one reserved, only to show up and have them tell me that they're out. I wouldn't be as mad if they simply told me that they were out, but they told me twice they had vaccine supply when in reality they did not. Wasted 2 30 minute round trips. Do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife recently ordered a specialty cream (which had an expiry date) in anticipation of our new born baby. We had asked for it to be delayed until the baby was born. This pharmacy had it ready the next day and mentioned it would expire the within 2 weeks. The pharmacy had made a mistake and had the order before our new baby was born and gave my wife a tough time for not picking up the order even though we mentioned we did not need it right away. The cream would be useless to us until the baby born.
Everyone makes mistakes and this was ok. The worst part was once we had welcomed our new member we called back to pick up the cream and we were asked. “ do you really need the cream this time?”. Need less to say the attitude on this guy was ridiculous. We brought home the cream only to find the label was added on top of the already removed expired label . This was the original EXPIRED cream we pre ordered!
This place is super unprofessional and should be looked into. They don’t seem to care about their customers
