โ โ โ โ โ I was on the phone for about 2 months with Travis on and off because I don't live in Sudbury. And the ease and professional manner in which he conducts his business is great. He figured out what my need was and steered me in the right direction. I passed through Sudbury to go pick up my equipment and again a very clean and professional business. You can tell that he is passionate about what he does and is willing to make sure you find the quality brand you are looking for. This man knows his stuff and you can trust what he says. This is a huge deal in a world like ours today. The only down side and it's not their fault. Is I didn't know the area well and made the mistake of going through Sudbury ( downtown ), don't do this. The traffic was terrible and lights not in sink. These guys though deserve the 5 stars.

โ โ โ โ โ The owner is very straight forward. I feel he was helpful and not pushy. I told him what I was looking for and he did not sell me under powered or over powered equipment, and for me that is a plus. (You can never be over powered, but you can spend a lot for nothing!)

โ โ โ โ โ These folks have amazing customer service, the kind you don't find that much of these days. I highly recommend them. I was having issues with my riding mower, brought it to them, was fixed, worked great a couple of times then wouldn't start. I called them up, that same day one of their mechanics drove over 40km out to my house with a trailer to pick it up, after looking at he was able to fix it on the spot, he brought tools and parts with him. They did all that and didn't charge me a thing!!. Great company, great people.
