Waited a few days, called the store to check in, no answer so I left a message. Mentioning my online request. Waited a few more days tried again, and same thing. No answer and no one ever responded to my inquiry. They might do good work but I wouldn’t know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last month marked the fifth anniversary with our Arctic Spa Hot Tub "Yukon".We've had very few issues in that time I've been to the store for my hot tub supplies and their service repair expert,Nick,was just here for some servicing.Just felt like I had to compliment everyone at Mikey's. Always easy to reach by phone or email,knowledgeable,professional, and during these difficult times,friendly--even at six feet away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy i was riding with broke down, starter shaft broke and the pull cord also ripped.
Thankfully it happened across the street from Mikey's.
TO my surprise when we towed the sled there and told them what the problem was they jumped on it like a pit crew. While they did not have the parts for the started, they fixed the pull cord and we were on our way in not time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience, bought a brand new side by side and had nothing but issues with Mikey’s. They claimed there was an error with the sale price and refused to sell me the bike at the price on their website. They claimed they would treat me great as a valued customer if I still bought the bike. That was when I should have walked away. Nothing but more issues following purchasing the side by side. Don’t waste your time and find somewhere else to shop where they actually value you as a customer.
