Just had the Valley Fibre staff here to connect me. So pleased with the service...they were in and out within 45 minutes and made sure everything was up and running as it should be. Good explanations...answered all my questions...courteous...couldn't ask for a better transition. Thrilled with the faster speed!!

Hooked up, finally moved into a place in February and was told due to frozen ground I couldn't get an install until later in March. After a bunch of calls and finally giving up a telling them I was going to a different provider I got hooked up in late August. For the first while I was pleased with the speeds but for about a month now we've been stuck at 2.17mb/s download speed and the same for upload, a very far cry from what I was told we would be able to sustain. Might have to make a switch for something consistent. edit: after resetting the router and waiting for the reboot repeatedly for about 35minutes I got back to where the speeds should be. forgot to screenshot my speed test results this time but will update again in a few weeks if the speeds stay consistent. bumped for 2 to 3 star for now.

We just recently switched our phones in our office from MTS to Valley Fiber. That included phones supplied by Valley Fiber. First the phones are great, very clear when on a call and very user friendly as well. Managing the system is very easy their Reps go through the whole set up with you and are readily available if you have any questions. The set up was very fast and you hardly knew they were here, our phones were never down the switch over was quick and seamless. We have been using them for about a month now and have had no issues, I have had a few questions and I just email in and I get a response almost immediately. All in all, the phones are great and the customer service is fantastic. I would definitely recommend switching to Valley Fiber's phone system for your business if shopping around for a new system. One other plus, they are a lot cheaper than what we were paying at MTS and have many more features.

The installation was quick and super professional. Took them about 30-40 minutes to do the install. Awesome team! Everything working excellent before they left. Great job and keep up the good work!!

On Friday morning before long weekend I have scheduled installation technician and while he is working on it they realized that the line is not spliced yet (not sure what that exactly means but it means after technician finished I won’t get internet until some another one come and do his job) Long story short. No one wanted to leave me offline for long weekend. The story with happy end. An hour later I’ve got new fiber line. Few days later I have no questions about quality of it. Thanks team #valley fiber I hope to have always positive feedback about your service.

I was excited to hear that we would have the opportunity to connect to Valley Fibre in the summer of 2021, but we have not been overly impressed as of yet. We have had several different providers over the years and have never needed a wifi booster/extender till we started with Valley Fibre. The router has not worked well, right from the start. We bought the booster on our own dime and without it we would not have wifi throughout our house. We have had numerous tech support and sales calls and nothing has been resolved yet. We will keep trying to work with them, because we don't really have many options in our rural location.

The stars are for the installer guys that came to hook the inside up to the outside. Very friendly guys! The Internet so far has been good, better than what we had. BUT it has only been 3 days. It seems that often it starts off good and then it fades off, so I'm very curious what this will do. Unfortunately the RM of Stanley charged us an arm and a leg for the install, so hopefully in the end that will be worth it! I do for some reason have to keep logging into my online account. I'll have to call in for that yet.

We were excited to hear that Valley Fiber was coming to our town. We were told it was going to be ready in November, 2021. In December, 2021 we completed the survey mentioning that we would be interested in getting hooked up. When calling in May, 2022 we were told that it still won't be ready until July, 2022. At this time we told them we are no longer interested. Come to our surprise when I came home from work to find our front yard destroyed. My flower bed completely broken and they cut our electric dog fence. No one contacted us to confirm that they were coming. When calling to make a complaint, we were told we checked the box giving them consent and taking full responsibility for everything. Now I'm out $1,000 in damages. I also need to replace my electric fence. Not happy!
