★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best local markets i have stopped at in a long time... great food, great prices on meat and meat related pies...over all a great experience. Bought 11 lbs of premium melt in your mouth bacon. And it is awesome...sale is only on a few times a year on bacon though...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place during the weekend. I live downtown Toronto so it was almost a 2 hour drive but drove because they had good reviews. Unfortunately when I got there the lady who worked inside the market wasn’t very friendly. I mean you would assume with a pandemic you’d appreciate all your customers !
She just wanted you out. No greetings. No goodbyes or thank you.
Animal barn is closed so you won’t be able to see animals unless they are on the entrance side. The farm is pretty small. I would recommend if your just looking to buy local stuff but not worth a drive from Toronto

The young man working was pretty grumpy and not overly friendly. I don’t know … when you walk into a store on someone’s property I guess you expect a warm and friendly greeting and maybe even giving a quick welcome to someone who has never been before. That’s just my personal expectations for a spot like this tho.
Like I said, products are phenomenal! Just don’t expect the country friendly vibe. More a transactional style.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really great place to stop by. Fresh vegetables, fruits and food products made in house - and ice cream! There are also farm animals to watch grazing. Some of the best produce can be found here - especially beans, corn and onions. The kind of place you’ll want to drive 2 hours to visit!
