β β β β β Why the heck is closed due to staff shortage since more than a year? Canβt you hire more people? Why it was closed early most of the days? Will not go again . Please update hours and hire staff!! Also I read last reviews so do not reply with manager will look into this !!I know nobody cares.

β β β β β Was nice to find a good restaurant where there was truck parking allowed in the area.
They had a unique menu item called the bannock taco. I am always game to try things I may never come across again.
Place was quite clean and service was quick.
I was a little disappointed a Mexican fast food place had no jalapenos.

It was nice quiet place to relax and enjoy lupper. Think late lunch or early supper.
The bannock taco was a trainwreck. I don't know what to call the bread like thing on the bottom, but definitely not bannock.
Portion size was small and shallow. Cheap bland tasting processed cheese sauce was used instead of real cheese.
It was more like some French bun filled with lettuce sprinkled with a little ground beef and cheese concoction poured on.
No way was it worth 7.99 plus tax. Owner has made it clear they want to push out small portions and big price tags.
I am still starving and have gone back up and ordered the 3 Amigos street tacos. I hope this goes better.
Nope, I asked for beef tacos and what I got was lots of lettuce and some corn and beans. I found a small trace amounts of minced meat of some kind.
To conclude even although Taco Time is one of my favorite restaurants, this location is a swing and a miss x 2.

No enchalada sauce on beef and cheese burrito. Burrito and burrito bowl under filled, small portions.
No fork for burrito bowl forcing me through the drive through again. Watered down hot sauce.
I love taco time, but will not return to this location.

β β β β β Always fast service, you have to kind of watch the drive thru its a curve and I have seen less experienced drivers miss their mark, the food is served nicely packaged and they usually take care to separate hard and soft shells, I often request this

As a truck driver I should not have to put my life in jeopardy going Thu the drive Thu because you canβt unlock a door and say itβs a shortage of staff. I wonβt be stopping here anymore because this is ridiculous. Maybe thatβs why a lot of taco times are closing is because they donβt know how to have customer service anymore.

β β β β β It was always clean inside, but the drive through window is a shame (that's duct tape!), it's been (literally) years since they've cleaned it. Weeds are growing a foot tall through the asphalt. Food is fine, but drive through speaker and microphone is terrible, they've messed up my order because of it and did not offer to make it right. :(
