★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a Friday night I went by at 9:50pm just getting into the town for the night and the open sign was off and the doors were locked, supposed to be open until 10pm. Their closing early ruined my night. Should be open until at least 11pm on weekends. Just my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a great place. Always clean and have knowledgable staff. I love their online ordering system and their website is extremely easy to navigate unlike many other shops in Canada. Once a product is out though you may have to wait a while before it comes back in, but i wouldn’t necessarily blame the shop for that. Prices are relatively good, and they usually have some kind of sale going on too. I prefer to shop here over anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the staff, everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. One issue I have is that on multiple occasions I have gone 10-15 minutes before closing and the doors are locked and the sign is off. I've called the store and not gotten any answer during these times as well. Ive worked retail for many years and this was always considered unacceptable. If your sign says youre open until 8, the door should be unlocked and the staff ready to work until 8. Not 7:45.

Nvm that i dont even live in this city but I wont go thru the trouble at Fire and Flower. They failed at their one purpose, selling weed !

The staff are supremely nice and comfortable answering any questions regarding what to try and what to start with, and love to have conversations which is always key to people returning. Overall, great place, great people.
