★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend going into this location it is amazing! Very clean and staff are very kind and friendly, not to mention very helpful/knowledgeable. Great experience and I'm sure to shop here for all my needs. Tried the drive thru once for a pick up and it was very quick and organized.

The staff are absolutely incredible, very educated, down to earth and honest. They give off such a positive vibe and positive experience when going in the store or hitting the drive thru! The products are amazing and well priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly run store very unknowledgeable staff one person tells you one thing with 100% certainty ask the same question to a different employee and get a completely different answer. I've been to every store in barrie and One Plant is the only ones worth going to. Most professional set up by a mile amazing customer service and enough employees and managers around to help you when you need it instead of just 1 guy who sits behind the counter and does nothing and has no managerial power even when the manager takes days off makes zero sense unless you like passing off customers and making them come back several times over simple issues or having to wait 30 minutes while the only employee is busy with noob who has a million questions that I can hear they are answering wrong half the time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store looks nice from the outside and there is plenty of parking but I found it confusing. Seems you can't go in? The door had something draped in front suggesting not to enter. I went to the website listed on a poster in the window and found it challenging to navigate without any pricing. Disappointing.
