★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m disappointed with the Green Monster Wide. I was very excited about it as it looked great on the website. Log stops failed at the welds 4 times, blades we’re getting killed because the blade would nick a bolt on the blade guard. Unable to hear it over the motor. The head raising and lowering toggle is mounted on the frame exactly where one would place their hand to push the blade head along. Learned this the hard way. The undersized log loading /turning device bent while loading a log that was way smaller than the advertised capacity. Why sell an accessory that can’t support the product? Then the log dog handle failed and I cannot secure the log. Then the idle side wheel hub/bearing/spindle assembly just about disintegrated causing the blade to throw and get ruined. Then the drive side wheel did the same thing. All this happened during only 16 hours of use! At this point I wanted to return it for a refund. The company agreed but I’d be on the hook for $7500 freight charges.
I would never recommend this brand to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hunted high and low for good heavy mill. As we have lots of large heavy hardwoods. GreenMonster Wide seemed to fit the bill. Ordered it January of 2021 and delivery was delayed several times due to pandemic. We picked it up in August of 2021. Very disappointed as the following has taken place in the first 100 hours. Right off the bat the mill would not saw correctly, blade would dive continually, that took several days to correct ( all misalignment problems ), first bearings on drive wheel went, then bearings on driven wheel went and lo and behold none in stock for immediate replacement, then brushes in electric motor for up and down in carriage needed to be replaced. Carriage had excessive shudder while sawing through any log bigger than 24”, we added additional bracing to remedy that. We added hydraulic accessories ourselves at about 50 hours so we could not return mill. Overall thoughts at this point - while their concepts are good Pascal did not follow through with quality components and their QC quite literally sucks. Will never purchase from this company again. Have spent a lot of time and money bringing this mill to a dependable state which one should not have to do after spending over $20 thousand on a new piece of machinery.
