★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Au début août, 2019, j,ai téléphoné au département du service et parlé à Jonathan. Je voulais faire inspecter et préparer mon bateau pour la mise à l,eau, après 9 ans d,entreposage. À noter que ce bâteau fut toujours entretenu de façon impeccable.
Jonathan, sans même avoir vu le bâteau, me dit, qu,au départ, ils devaient changer le thermostat, la pompe à eau et kit de carburateur, totalisant entre $700-$800., en plus de tout ce qui pourrait se rajouter, par la suite.
Mécontent, j,ai confier le travail à Marina Marcotte, à Ayer,s Cliff, Qc. qui mit le bâteau en marche pour
$245. À noter qu,aucune des pièces ci- haut n,eût à être remplacées. Depuis la mise à l,eau, le bâteau a fonctionné une vingtaine d,heures, sans bris et continue de bien aller.
De telles pratiques de la part de ce Jonathan, sont louches et, à mon avis, frisent la malhonnêteté. Très déçu!
In early August, 2019, I telephoned the service department and talked to Jonathan. I wanted to have my boat inspected and ready for launch, after 9 years of storage. Note that this boat was always maintained impeccably.
Jonathan, without even seeing the boat, told me that initially they had to change the thermostat, water pump and carburetor kit, totaling between $ 700- $ 800., In addition to all that could be added, by the following.
Unhappy, I entrusted the work to Marina Marcotte, in Ayer, Cliff, Qc, who started the boat for
$ 245. Note that none of the above items had to be replaced. Since the launch, the boat has worked for about 20 hours, without breakage and continues to go well.
Such practices on the part of this Jonathan are shady and, in my opinion, border on dishonesty. Very disappointed!

Et au ramassage du moteur, ils ont pris le temps de faire le set-up pour une démonstration du moteur et lui faire essayer lui-même le démarrage du moteur dans le garage, en us de nous donner beaucoup d'informations et petits trucs pour l'opération et la maintenance. Merci les gars!
Excellent service! The guys took the time to inform us well before the purchase of the first used boat and the first small new engine of my boy. And at the pickup of the engine, they took the time to do the set-up for a demonstration of the engine and make him try himself the engine start in the garage, in us to give us a lot of information and little tricks for operation and maintenance. J’ai eu le meilleur prix et malgré la pénurie de hors-bord (qui n’est pas de leur faute), ils ont toujours répondu a tous mes appels et mes multiples questions.
Mon bateau fut livré avec tout ce qui avait été convenu (encore une fois,,, c’est rare).
En sommes, je suis en confiance!
Ceci est mon 5ieme bateau, alors j’en ai vu d’autres…

Excellent and honest service ... that is rare among boat vendors.
I got the best price and despite the shortage of outboards (which is not their fault) they always answered all my calls and my multiple questions.
My boat was delivered with everything that had been agreed (again ,,, this is rare).
In sum, I am confident!
This is my 5th boat, so I've seen others ...
I will now be a client of the Phare Nautique for a long time!
