★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ida is a remarkable counselor. I feel like she has gotten to know me and my trust in her has grown so strong. Week after week she helps me talk through and manage my problems. It's impossible for me to leave a session without a smile on my face and feeling so much lighter. She is amazing at what she does; she's caring, funny, and so easy to talk to. My experience with Validity has been so helpful and I highly recommend this company to anyone debating counselling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with problems is never easy, but I found Dr. Jenny DeReis to be extremely kind as she helped me navigate my way to wellness. I never felt that I was being forced into a mold of her making, instead Jenny adjusted her therapy style to my needs. It has been a long time since I have felt this strong. Dr. DeReis is amazing to work with. Don't hesitate to make an appointment to see her.
