I have participated in a session and continuing to do so. the Psychologists and Therapists know how to communicate and offer coping mechanisms for your mental illness. Sometimes the process is quick and sometimes the process is long but that is the human brain for you. They'll recommend you to doctors and other therapists if you need to do so. I have learnt a lot about my situation and they have made my life a lot brighter and understandable. I hope you can feel the relief and reassurance that I have and good luck ?
