★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here since 2011 in a suite that accepted my mobility device with affordable rent in a strata. Safe and secure, taught property manager about Cannabis. Vaping of concentrates allowed but nothing smoked, no tobacco replacement vaping. Some challenges with living a wheeled pedestrian life and building access to sidewalk in winter from rear of building. Only real problem is my appartment sold, leaving me to the mercy of Prince George inflated rents since 2011 and no info if my scooter can exist in any appartments beyond affordability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice tall concrete building next to the Connaught hill park. Just walk up the hill for good view of all around the area and it's very relaxing. Parking is behind the building well lit and pretty secured. No laundry in units but there are washer dryer in common area. Heat is through hot water radiators in every room. Bright windows are giving good ventilation everywhere. Excellent location from where residents can go pretty much anywhere in downtown Prince George. There is Fraser river running very close to this property with very nice community park for various activities.
