S	Sharla Mabee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was callous and rude. I waited while she helped someone which was fine, but when it was my turn she said ‘what do you want?’. Surprised by that, I continued to ask my question and chat with her about getting my monthly car wash. I asked her if she was having a bad day or something and asked her to speak nicer with me. Luckily, once I set up my account, I’ll never have to deal with her again. She was able to solve my issue which I initially went in for, but not without attitude. Do yourself a favour and avoid going in to the office and getting ‘customer service’ if you can!
K	Kent Weiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good car wash... Equipment needs more regular maintenance though. Big asphalt hole at exit of wash. And needs more regular salting at exit in winter, for idiots who drive with all season / summer tires.
K	Kirsty Coulson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very unpleasant experience at Valet in Kitchener yesterday, May 30th at 12:30pm. While in the wash, the vehicle ahead of us bounced out of the track and we came very close to hitting the back of them. They had to accelerate out of the wash so we didn’t hit them. We honked the horn and the car wash stopped. We assumed the attendant would walk through the wash to make sure all the cars were okay. No. The car wash started again and then our car bounced out of the track too and the car behind us almost hit us. We had to accelerate out of the car wash in order to avoid being hit. We went inside to talk to the attended to inform them what happened and ask why they didn’t check on the cars after we honked. They said they were confused and thought it was someone in line for the payment machine honking. We told them they should have checked because there was almost a 3 car collision. They did not apologize, did not seem to care, and just started talking to the next person in line about signing up for a membership. I no longer feel safe taking my car to this car wash. I will be canceling my membership.
D	DHRUMIL VYAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly unsatisfactory experience, Staff were consistently ill- mannered with the assistance towards members. Moreover, i usually go there to wash my car it was working perfect but cheap price does not mean good quality. Last time after the wash i noticed there were so many scratches on my car (Both sides - pictures attached). I simply told their manager that there is something wrong with your brushes but manager was not accepting that it was their fault. Especially when you get after someone’s dirty car then definitely you will notice lots of scratches. I would suggest you all to do not buy membership if you love your car. Its better to wash your car at other places with more money. Would never recommend this to any of my friends, family or colleagues.

The final rinse could be better as well, didn't get all the soap off. I'll have to try it again in the summer and see if its better.
s	steve phoung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a car wash and the bumper fell out after the wash, so I told the staff. Wow wow wow, this lady yelled at me for driving a Sienna into the car wash. Told me the van is too big. If the owner see this complain, check your camera. I am not exaggerating. If the lady is the owner, I guess nothing can be done.
D	Dalton Miyabara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great light touching cleaning car wash. Excellent for daily cleaning of small to medium cars. With big cars, usually you have to run through it two times, but it still worth the price you pay for the membership. Vacuuming in the end of the wash is included in the price with unlimited time, but you have to do it by yourself. Remember to not go into it with loads of ice or snow that would be over your car, it can damage the other cars, operators or even the machines. Safety and respect in first place. I recommend it.
