β β β β β The lady was friendly . No air conditioning . They Did not receive special requests . Thereβs no Chinese restaurant anymore .Restaurant only open a couple days a week with covid . Limited hours . I suppose it was clean , hard to tell with it being so old .
Thereβs a huge jetted tub but the jets spray crazy out of control . The light in bathroom was on a timer couldnβt turn off. Loose fixtures . Had too drag two huge suit cases up lots of stairs. Do not recommend with kids . Was very few lights in the room . Pics are very deceiving . Itβs not the worst but over priced for what it was for sure . Three other guests in the hotel and your all alone number to call for emergency .

β β β β β The hotel is awful. Its rooms were really hot. It had just a small fan in each room. One of our room had two beds that one of them was broken and we could not sleep on that bed. Also, the door of one of our rooms had problem. If we closed the door and left the room, we could not open from outside the room. There is train noise at night, midnight and morning.

β β β β β Very nice and big room for rate they charged. The bathroom also has a jacuzzi. We were really late getting there but lady waited for us. We enjoyed the location too as we could see the trains passing by from our room. There were trains passing at night too but it didn't bother us.

β β β β β Was the only guest in the hotel the night that I stayed. At 11pm, the staff went home, so I was literally the only person in the building all night. So it was super silent and quiet, and kind of a neat experience. I explored their supply room because I was bored and there was nobody to stop me. 5 stars. Would stay again.

β β β β β I booked a room with two queen beds through a third-party hotel site. The day of my arrival I requested a late check-in through the third-party site, as I was running late in my travels. Not long afterward, I was contacted by a lady from the hotel, who said that there was an error that resulted in the rooms with two queen beds being over-booked. She immediately stated that they were able to make a different room work for us, and that they would be giving us the room free of charge. The room was perfect, comfortable, and VERY clean. We were impressed with this hotel and their hospitality. We will definitely be back, and will recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you so much.

β β β β β Definitely one of the best place to stay in valemount, The staff at the front desk are very nice and friendly, iβm a person with disabilities so they help me to order some meals for a good price, as well they give me very nice room with a good price, everything is close by in the neighbourhood including the passenger train station, I will definitely stay here againβ¦

β β β β β Log n Rail pub has new staff and has officially re-opened after the pandemic. If your a local, someone working on the nearby pipeline, or someone passing by Valemont B.C. take a few minutes to stop by and check it out!

β β β β β Beatable prices compared to the other hotels in town, it's a three star hotel. Pretty neat rooms. New washing machine &dryer, new TVs, new coffee machines, new sheets and comforters. Refrigerator, microwave oven in each room. Spacious off street parking lot and big yard. Free Wi-Fi. Long term rates applicable. Scooter's Pizza, liquor store and Log&Rail Pub first floor, rooms second floor. Trail #6 just 300 meters away, bakery, library, museum, Bites and Bikes Store, Bike Park, grocery store all within 6 minutes walking distances. Kinbasket Lake 20 minutes away for swimming, fishing, BBQ, picnic and photographing. Hot spring 40 minutes away. Super nice &friendly staff, cheers!!!
