The older woman working here, middle eastern maybe Greek, uses the wrong sauces on the wrong sandwiches/wraps and argues about it (clear difference between Buffalo sauce and Chipotle sauce). Tonight she was cleaning the floors, the guy put my order in and then served another customer, still no one making my order. He calls back to her to make my food and she goes straight from CLEANING THE FLOORS TO MAKING MY FOOD WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES!!!! No one to complain to but her and I really don't want someone re-making my food who I've just had an argument with! I paid almost $20 and just walked outside the front door, threw the entire order in the garbage and went to Subway. Go to A&W or Subway if you're in town, even though the A&W here charges $8 for a single order of onion rings!!!!!!

So, there will be NO big line up of cars waiting.

Q	Q Themango on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's on the side of the highway in the middle of the Rockies. Could it have more ambience? Sure. Could the staff be more friendly? Of course. But when I came, they were lined up out the door (pandemic distancing). They made us a sandwich to take up the mountain, and I loved it (can't say that about the wrap we got from Subway the day before). The coffee was good, consistent Timmies quality, and the guy who served us went out of his way to get our order right. I thought it was pretty good, all things considered. Would definitely return. My advice? Take the food to go, and eat it somewhere beautiful. We took ours to Mount Robson.No shortage of mountains around, or beautiful places to eat.

C	Chris Funston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only eat here out of necessity. The bread is too hard. There is too much sauce on the sandwich and the dark roast coffee is literally the worst coffee I've had in recent memory. I had to throw it out. The staff was friendly and the location was clean at least.

The team at Tim hortons absolutely does their best And I've never had a negative customer service experience. The food is what I would expect from a franchise style businessAnd there coffee is still great
