★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know VacWorks does not need another five star review, but I feel they deserves one regardless. My old Beam central vac got a fresh start four years ago thanks to Lorne with a new powerful motor. Last year, the relay switch died and he replaced it with another one that barely made it 12 months. I was loathe to sink any more money in the unit and just wanted that defective switch replaced again, but he decided to take matters in his own hands and fashioned a new circuit board to help keep it going. To save him the trouble, I wish he had recommended that last year. For a guy who can probably sell his plaza and retire comfortably on his own island if he chooses, he really shows passion for his craft... Well done

She is very knowledgeable and my research after the fact backed up everything she said. Visited Saturday to purchases unit with some extras and she was more than fair with me. Place was busy with many people in to buy accessories or get repair service done. Overall very happy and they have gained a customer for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family run, family owned Canadian business. Don't buy from Amazon, Vacwork's prices are the same if not cheaper and you can pick up them up the same day. They have been so helpful and honest, I wouldn't dare go elsewhere. Just great people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My vacuum-cleaner which I had for many years had malfunctioned and I took it to my regular service company to have it fixed but unfortunately they couldn't repair it ..so my only option was to purchase a new vacuum. However after googling for vacuum-repair shops near me I came across Vacworks. I met Marlene and she was simply AMAZING! After telling her my issue, she came up with an ingenious idea that would resolve my issue and also prevent me from purchasing a new vacuum!! Thank you soooo very much again Marlene and Lorne for the exceptional customer service I received...you've got a new customer for life!
