She was so kind over the phone and so I decided to visit her in the same night. Chelsea had a note stamped to the door that said "email or phone only" when I was told by my travel agent that I could pass by to pay my travel insurance, so I was confused when I went the next day that it was closed. I called and a travel agent was trying to help me to reach chelsea so that I could just pay my insurance and leave. I stood for 10 mins infront of the door and her desk was right beside and she never once looked up even when I knocked. After 10 mins she finally looked and I knocked for her to come so I could ask if I could pay it. She was so unprofessional and rude, she had a very unfriendly tone and said she doesnt take cash. So I said do you take card? And she said yes. So I went in and asked why she was closed. She threw her hands in the air and slapped them on her legs and said super aggressively "i just had covid and my colleague had covid and I dont know if I still have it". SO WHY ARE YOU LETTING ME COME IN??? She let me be in contact with her and let me in without even telling me before I walked in. THANK GOD I ASKED. I AM NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THANKS CHELSEA.

Carim definitely knows his business and showed patience, empathy and great problem solving skills, at a time when dealing with some airlines has become so difficult. Carim has SellOff’s customers interest at heart and wouldn’t give up until he had found a suitable solution for me. He really went above and beyond, I would give him 6 stars if I could. I will certainly book again through SellOff Vacations!
