Without knowing the place ..... I would like to know about the impact noises .... Do we hear the neighbors upstairs walking on our heads? This is the major problem with many condos .....

Condo non-insonorisé par rapport aux bruits des couloirs.
Peu d'espace pour le prix demandé.
Aucun stationnement pour les visiteurs dans les rues avoisinantes. La ville donne joyeusement des contraventions à tous ceux qui sont stationnés autour de ces immeubles.
Les gens déménagent régulièrement de ces immeubles.
Mauvaise idée d'achat ou de location.
Very little soundproofed condo. We hear the neighbors treading on our heads.
Condo not soundproofed compared to the noise of the corridors.
Little space for the asking price.
No parking for visitors in the surrounding streets. The city happily gives tickets to all those who are parked around these buildings.
People move these buildings regularly.
Bad idea to buy or rent.

Il y a un plancher de ciment plutôt mince et pas rien pour insonoriser.La fenêtre dans la chambre est tellement mince et de mauvaise qualité que ont entend tout les bruits extérieur et ont ressent le froid en hiver. Quand il vente fort les murs craquent. Très mauvaise qualité de construction.
Yes we hear neighbors walking from above. There is a rather thin cement floor and nothing to soundproof. The window in the room is so thin and of poor quality that all the noises outside heard and felt the cold in the winter. When he sells the walls creak. Very poor quality of construction.
