AprĂšs entente verbale le veille Ă 16h30 avec le proprio Vincent Drolet et 2 jours de dĂ©marches, j'avais un rendez-vous avec lui le samedi matin du 7 juillet pour finaliser l'achat d'un VR. Je me dĂ©plaçais de MontrĂ©al Ă cet effet. Le rendez-vous pour l'inspection du VR avait dĂ©jĂ Ă©tĂ© pris Ă QuĂ©bec (Desharnais) pour le vendredi 13 juillet et Drolet s'Ă©tait engagĂ© Ă dĂ©placer le VR pour cette inspection, malgrĂ© ces rĂ©ticences Ă ce que je fasse inspecter le vĂ©hicule. Le samedi matin, j'arrive Ă QuĂ©bec Ă 10h30, Drolet n'est pas lĂ . Son employĂ© m'informe que le VR a Ă©tĂ© vendu le matin mĂȘme. Il appelle Drolet qui m'informe qu'il l'a vendu Ă un client qui ne demandait pas d'inspection!!! Plus mĂ©prisable que ça tu meurs!!!!! Soyez avisĂ©s futurs clients.
 No star (no choice for publication - a first-rate "CROSSEUR"! After verbal agreement the day before at 4.30pm with the owner Vincent Drolet and 2 days of proceedings, I had an appointment with him on Saturday morning of July 7th to finalize the purchase of an RV. I was traveling from Montreal for this purpose. The appointment for the RV inspection had already been made in Quebec (Desharnais) for Friday July 13 and Drolet had committed to move the RV for this inspection, despite my reluctance to have the vehicle inspected. On Saturday morning, I arrived in Quebec at 10:30 am, Drolet was not there. His employee informed me that the RV was sold on same morning He calls Drolet who informs me that he sold it to a client who did not ask for an inspection !!! More contemptible than that you die !!!!! Be advised future clients.

â â â â â D'aprĂšs moi le vendeur, ça ne lui tentait pas de travailler aujourd'hui. Il ne mĂȘme pas accompagner au vĂ©hicule dont je voulais des informations. Je vais aller acheter ailleurs.
In my opinion the seller, it did not tempt him to work today. He did not even accompany to the vehicle I wanted information. I will go buy elsewhere.

Mme VallĂ©e, vous avez Ă©tĂ© victime du succĂšs de ce commerce. Un crosseur ne tiendrait pas sur le marchĂ© aussi longtemps! Jâai vĂ©cu la mĂȘme chose avec lâun de vos concessionnaires Ă MontrĂ©al. Jâai appris Ă mes dĂ©pens que lorsquâon veut vraiment un vĂ©hicule, il faut le rĂ©server en donnant un acompte. Une simple parole ne suffit pas!
A good business that has been around for 20 years with the same owner and satisfied customers who come and come back to buy RVs that sell quickly! Ms. Vallée, you were a victim of the success of this business. A crosseur wouldn't last that long! I went through the same thing with one of your dealers in Montreal. I learned the hard way that when you really want a vehicle, you have to reserve it with a deposit. A simple word is not enough!

Salesperson should consider changing jobs ... Boy, you didn't have it! OMG to be avoided at all costs ... Do not buy a vehicle from this place ...

Ouin....Vincent, le vendeu de VR....!!! Pas fort, zéro accueille, ZERO people skill knowledge and selling, d'une arrogance pitoyable! De toute évidence, il n'est pas le propriétaire. à 34.000$ pour une class b, année 2000, on s'attendait à un peu de négociations. Infiltration d'eau importante, servo-direction déficiente, banquette arriÚre défectueuse, freins douteux, propreté médiocre.....
Et de nous répondre : " il n'y a pas de négo qui se fait icitte et pas chez-nous"...ouf.
Dommage, j'avais 34.500$ cash dans mon sac Ă main.

Yeh .... Vincent, the VR vendor .... !!! Not strong, zero welcomes, ZERO people skill knowledge and selling, pitifully arrogant! Obviously, he is not the owner. At $ 34,000 for a class b, year 2000, we expected a bit of negotiation. Significant water infiltration, poor power steering, defective rear seat, questionable brakes, poor cleanliness .....
And to answer us: "there is no negotiation which is done here and not with us" ... phew.
Too bad, I had $ 34,500 cash in my purse.

Ridiculous service from dirty mediocre vrs and all no possible negotiation said with incredible contempt. I strongly recommend the trip is not worth it.
