Very satisfied with my experience which can be summed up in three words: professionalism, competence and courtesy. 5 star service: very well executed job, cleaning (interior and exterior) of the vehicle which shone like new! Courtesy vehicle A +. This is my second visit and I would definitely stay there again. At the reception, Kathy is smiling and very efficient. We are quickly given the correct information on work and deadlines. Thanks to the whole team!

De plus l'estimation a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien fait en plus d'arriver Ă un prix rĂ©aliste. J'ai reçu une voiture de courtoisie de qualitĂ© et rĂ©cente Ă la hauteur du vĂ©hicule que je possĂšde. Les rĂ©parations ont Ă©tĂ© faites dans un dĂ©lai plus que raisonnable. De plus j'ai reçu ma voiture....rĂ©parĂ©e et fraĂźchement lavĂ©e. Un gros merci Ă toute l'Ă©quipe.
I enjoyed my entire experience. The people at the reception are enthusiastic and they know how to guide us. Moreover the estimate was very well done in addition to arriving at a realistic price. I received a quality and recent courtesy car to match the vehicle I own. The repairs were made in a more than reasonable time. In addition I received my car .... repaired and freshly washed. A big thank you to the whole team.

Le premier rdv avec lâestimateur annonçait entre 1h30 et 2h00 de travail pour le changement de ma penture de porte. Nous avons pris rdv et la rĂ©paration a dĂ©butĂ© 40 minutes aprĂšs lâheure de notre RDV. 5h aprĂšs lâheure de notre RDV nous avons rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© notre voiture avec une facture non dĂ©taillĂ©e de 350$ alors que nous venions pour une rĂ©paration estimĂ©e entre 105 Ă 140$. Nous avons donc demandĂ© Ă rĂ©Ă©tudier la facture qui sâest finalement Ă©levĂ©e Ă 265$.
Il sâavĂšre que notre porte qui fermait parfaitement avant que notre penture casse, fermĂ©e en raclant la carrosserie aprĂšs la rĂ©paration. De plus, lâeau sâinfiltrait dans le vĂ©hicule par le haut de la porte qui ne touchait plus la carrosserie.
Nous sommes donc retournĂ© au garage qui a rĂ©glĂ© le problĂšme de lâinfiltration dâeau mais a empirĂ© le raclement de la porte sur la carrosserie. Le patron mâa ensuite annoncĂ© quâil ne pouvait rien pour moi.
Il est regrettable que ce garage vende des prestations quâil nâarrive pas Ă honorer, tout en prenant votre argent malgrĂ© les estimations erronĂ©es.
Nous sommes dĂ©sormais dans lâobligation dâaller voir un nouveau carrossier pour quâil termine le travail qui a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©butĂ© et inachevĂ©.
Le seul point positif reste la gentillesse des employés. Merci à eux.
Absolutely avoid. Changing my hinge was chaotic.
The first appointment with the estimator announced between 1h30 and 2h00 of work for the change of my door hinge. We made an appointment and the repair started 40 minutes after our appointment time. 5 hours after the time of our appointment we recovered our car with an undetailed invoice of $350 when we came for a repair estimated between $105 to $140. We therefore asked to re-examine the invoice, which ultimately amounted to $265.
It turns out that our door, which closed perfectly before our hinge broke, closed by scraping the bodywork after the repair. In addition, water seeped into the vehicle through the top of the door, which no longer touched the bodywork.
We therefore returned to the garage which fixed the problem of water infiltration but made the scraping of the door on the bodywork worse. The boss then told me that he could do nothing for me.
It is unfortunate that this garage sells services that it cannot honor, while taking your money despite the erroneous estimates.
We are now obliged to go see a new bodybuilder to complete the work that was started and unfinished.
The only positive point is the friendliness of the employees. Thanks to them.
