Only took 1/2 hour. Expected one and 1/4 hours or at least 1hour. Nails look good, but heels are still rough. Tech should have spent way more time working on the rest of the treatment than he did. Still cost $60.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very unpleased with my experience here, I booked my appointment for gel nails over the phone. When I got there I was sat down and asked what I was there for and I said gel nails. Then a different person came and sat down and started doing my nails. They almost used a dirty file on me. I am pretty sure she did acrylic nails and not gel, when she was trying to find the right size tip to glue on my nail she was placing the ones that had already touched my hand back into the container with no cleaning of them. I said three times for her to shorten my nails as I was not happy with how ridiculously long they were and each time they were barely shortened. My cuticles are burned from the drill that was used. It took two hrs to do a full set of acrylic nails with no design or stamps or anything she just painted them blue. I would not recommend this place. The majority of my appointment the person talked to the other person working there and hardly acknowledged me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty sad when you phone in to book a appointment and you can’t get a word in edgewise to ask for prices and state when a time works out for me.
I understand they may be busy but no professionalism when I phoned and talked to a guy.
I thought maybe they got better over time but I guess I should have learned from going to them a year ago.
Was trying to support local, but when this happens will never grace their door again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They called me and canceled my appointment 3 hours prior due to them being in Red Deer still. Last time I had My nails done they were 15 min late, one of the worst set of nails I've ever had. Tried to give it another chance but not after this. Unprofessional, will not be going back or recommending anymore.
Bring back Danny and Kevin!!!! They were amazing and they deserve the 5 stars!!!!
