S	Steve Deschamps on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comme je suis déjà client avec Vertdure, le même vendeur, mais cette fois au nom de V Extermination, m'a contacté afin de me vendre un traitement contre les Fourmis, araignées et guêpes. Mon attention a été ''piquée'' quand il a dit guêpes, car ma fille s'est fait piquée par des guêpes ayant fait un nid dans ma cour l'année dernière. J'étais content de pouvoir enfin donner une assurance à ma fille que cela n'arriverait plus. Le vendeur m'a après tout garanti que je n'aurais aucun nid de guêpe dans ma cour. Eh bien même après qu'ils aient traité ma cour 3 FOIS, j'ai quand même eu 2 nid de guêpe cet été. On s'entend que leur ''traitement'' c'est probablement de l'eau, car ça ne marche pas du tout. N'adhérez jamais à cette arnaque. Quand j'appelle, je suis toujours répondu avec beaucoup de politesse, mais on voit bien qu'appart écrire dans mon dossier ce que je leur dit, mon dossier est garoché dans un coin en espérant que je ne rappelle jamais. Eh bien là je suis tanné. Donc voilà ma note. Et si jamais vous deviez voir une réponse ci-bas de leur part me demandant de les appeler pour qu'ils puissent m'aider, vous pouvez être déjà sûr qu'ils vont écrire ça pour bien paraître et qu'une fois que je les aurai appelés, ils vont encore garocher mon dossier dans un coin sans jamais me rappeler. Ils s'en lavent les mains, car quand tu essaies de faire annuler le tout par la compagnie de carte de crédit, le Groupe V étale ses factures en paiements et cela rend la tâche difficiles aux carte de crédit de faire rembourser le tout. My attention was 'stung' when he said wasps because my daughter got stung by wasps that made a nest in my backyard last year. I was happy to finally be able to give my daughter some assurance that this would not happen again. The seller, after all, assured me that I would have no wasp nests in my backyard. Well even after they treated my backyard 3 TIMES I still had 2 wasp nest this summer. We agree that their 'treatment' is probably water, because it doesn't work at all. Never join this scam. When I call, I am always answered very politely, but you can clearly see that I write in my file what I tell them, my file is stuck in a corner hoping that I never call back. Well there I am tired. So here is my note. And if you ever should see a response below from them asking me to call them so they can help me out, you can already be sure that they will write this down to look good and that once I get them will have called, they will go to my file again in a corner without ever calling me back. They wash their hands of it, because when you try to get the credit card company to cancel everything, Group V spreads its bills into payments and it makes it difficult for credit cards to get it all paid off.

En plus, on a annulé le contrat l'année passée mais ne l'ont pas noté au dossier pour faire un autre pseudo traitement cette année qui ne convient toujours pas et nous ont encore chargés. Je ne ferai plus affaire avec eux. I am very disappointed, we asked them for an ant problem and the result is zero. they don't consider the real need and just do what they think. Quand on réussit à les joindre, le service est ok. Very difficult to communicate with them. Looks like they don't want to talk to us. They say it's open day and night! Completely wrong. Il passe 2 fois par an et sur appel au besoin. I took the outside treatment of my house to eliminate insects and I see a huge difference for 3 years. It comes twice a year and on call as needed.

Nous avons hâte au 1ier traitement extérieure pour les insectes nuisibles et le bibittes qui nous piques les pieds dans notre pelouse. etc... We are new customer, very courteous customer service. We can't wait for the 1st outdoor treatment for harmful insects and bugs that bite our feet in our lawn. etc...
