J	Joel Samet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A disaster from a company I I called them up and my contract was written I can call them anytime and they will come I called them up and they said no this is not through they're not going to come you have to make an appointments online it says it's open 24 hours a day and it's not open 24 hours a day in fact it's only open when it's convenient for them and if you need them to come again they don't come they don't pick up the phone they ignore your phone calls with any excuse nobody's calling you back you just paid $500 for nothing very very not satisfied from the service I am not sure it's a real company I think it's just a scam and you see my after even when I put the put the poison so I don't know if the poison even works they told me that they put a lot of poisons and the best poisons and I saw three times my one time I called them back and they came back and the second time afterwards they didn't even pick up the phone I don't think it works I wouldn't suggest for anybody to use it rather call any other company or just throwing money to the garbage my personal experience

Not only was he available to come by the same day, his rates were reasonable AND he helped he demolish one of the rooms so we could get access to spray the ants. He provided top notch customer service and I can safely say we will hire him again for any of our infestation issues. A+
C	CHRIS TAYLOR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edwin is a lifesaver, a massive rat got trapped in my kitchen and i called him terrified in the middle of the night. He came right away to put out poison and make sure there were no holes/entry points anywhere. The next day he came again to put down additional traps and was only supposed to return the following morning to collect the rat but i called him panicking late that night and again he came right away to dispose of it. He was kind and reassuring and truly went above and beyond to get the job done!

They came immediately and treated the problem with quality product. The ants were gone and never came back. I called again when I found a bug in my basement and wanted to ensure it wasn't anything to be concerned about. He asked me to send him a picture and he called back to tell me what it was, even sending a link with information on the insect and giving me a timeline for follow-up, if required. Don't hesitate to call this company. They are reliable, well-informed and professional. We can't thank them enough.
