★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my 2017 GTI Seadoo for the first ride of the season almost 2 weeks ago and the IBR failed. My warranty had 1 week remaining so I had to move quickly. I called Energy Power Sports in Oakville and was told they wouldnt be able to look at it until July and could not promise that a workorder would be started before the warranty ended. I called Uxbridge Motorsports Marine next and briefly spoke with the owner who reassured me that the workorder would begin when the machine arrived. I drove the extra distance the next morning. The new IBR was covered under warranty and the work was completed in 5 days. I was so impressed with how professional and organized this place is. One employee even connected my trailer to the truck. If any future repairs are needed, this is where Ill be going. Big thank you to Gillian and the rest of your amazing team ! Thats why you guys have been around 38 yrs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doug , Guy and the rest of the team are great. Been dealing with this local business since 2003. Their customer service is the best in the business. They put you first and at NO time do they pressure you or try to upsell you. The store is clean, modern and they have all the products to fit your recreational needs. If you are ever in the area stop in and take a look for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great all around except for the waiting on the new sled. I'll bet that was the manufacturer's fault or covid19 issue...
Nick made the process run well and was very helpful with details, he even loaded the sled into my truck.
All staff I dealt with were friendly, fair and knowledgeable.
I'm going back for my next sled purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest to a fault. I took my 2020 Can Am Spyder in for a oil and filter change at 2000k I knew it was early, not required until 5000k. They informed me that the oil level was not only fine, but also as clean as new. They noticed 3-4 other things, corrected them and sent me on my way, NO CHARGE! Impressed and will be returning. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live In Toronto, and while there are a lot of local places to bring my Sea doo boat for easier convenience, I make the drive out to Uxbridge and find their service to be amazing, honest, courteous, and efficient. My favorite part is that they actually pick up the phone when you call. (Everytime) Lots of places in the Toronto area only do email communication and appointments...( Faceless) Not my style especially when I'm dealing with that much money. So if you're like me, and want the best, most honest, reliable, courteous, and absolutely perfect service, then go see the boys and girls at Uxbridge Motorsports, they'll put a smile on your face the way it should be...Everytime!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I probably won’t be needing to buy any power sports equipment in a very long time, as I am set for a while. I do want to recommend this dealership and their services to others. I picked up a new BRP Sea-Doo a while back and I had a very positive experience with Uxbridge Motorsport and Marine. I would do business with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience... ordered a helmet online as a gift, unfortunately it was the wrong size so went into the store to have it exchanged. Staff said that helmet could not be exchanged due to COVID and also because it was a special order. NOWHERE on the website or my invoice did it indicate that *this* helmet *was* a special order item, nor did it say anything about helmets being nonexchangable due to COVID.
Tried to support what is normally a great local business but poor communication has left us high and dry.
Hopefully the website gets updated so no-one else gets burned... should be a priority in these COVID times considering the amount of online shopping happening
