★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in a jam. We realized that we needed just a bit more space for our upcoming move. We called a number of storage facilities and learned that storage was full and several times suggested going farther a field- almost an hour away! Panick was starting to set in until we spoke to Rachel. An empathic, quick thinking, lively and very customer and employer focused. She was as you can read, the saviour of the day! Realizing she had a spot that was soon to be repaired, offered if spot could repaired within our timeline would we be interested? Yes! And that was all it took, she kept us apprised of all the details- with humour, assurance, step by step need to know info. Wow!!I cannot recall such empathy and service. We arrived when she could not meet us in person and it was just as she said it would be and our move went without a hitch- truly, all because of her!!!! BIG THANK YOU!!! Anyone AND everyone, please let Ustore and Lock help you for stress free and smooth storing. .....and tell Rachel we say "hi!".....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mice in our storage unit was pretty rough. We paid them an month in advance and then we moved quite a distance away, took our stuff out of storage 6 days into the month we had pre-paid for and were declined a refund of any kind. An answer that took us over a month to get. They were nice if a payment was late, but that's about all they have going for them.
About an hour after I posted this, my husband got at email from someone claiming they were too busy to respond for a month, and gave us a small refund. It was over $100 for the month, we took our stuff on the 5th and all we got was $32. Appreciate it, but clearly the proration and math here is incorrect. Maybe find a different storage unit to save some hassle when you leave, and NEVER pay in ADVANCE.
