★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had work done on my Mercedes SLK320 at Urgel's a few times and have been pleased every time. The work is done well and on time. Dave and Matthew in the office are a pleasure not deal with. I'll definitely be back of I ever need work done on any of my vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I showed up without an appointment with a truck tailgate that would not close properly. The office staff was really helpful and got a guy to look at it immediately. I was expecting to leave the truck and come back later, but the fellow fixed it on the spot in less than 1/2 hour. I am a past customer so there was NO CHARGE. Urgel's crew IS AWESOME !!!
