K	Karolynn Friesen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience here, the side of our car was scratched and dented in a parking lot hit and run and we were referred here by our insurance company. The staff were so polite and went above and beyond for us. We needed a rental car while waiting for the repairs, and because enterprise could only pick up one person Nick was generous enough to offer driving me and my fiancé which was greatly appreciated. The repair took less than 5 days with them updating us throughout the process, and now that we have our car back it looks good as new! Overall, would definitely recommend Law Autobody, 10/10 service and staff!

The estimate service tech made you feel you were number one not in a rush explained everything and what took place thru insurance, the rental questions I need to know .The turn around procedure for repairs , as someone actual hit and run my van while in for groceries. They kept me informed each day as the repair was being completed. The day I was to pick up van I had an emergency with my disabled husband. Assure was able to accommodate me on the time I was able to come in but also arranged for my rental to be picked up at the shop. This allowed me to swap van and get back to hospital I have used Law auto body now Assured and no one can beat their service and work from the front door to the warranty. We are fortunate to have them here in Woodstock Ontario As a senior they are a business you can trust for all vehicles repairs

I took it in this past Tuesday and had it back today, Friday! Ahead of expected schedule ! Beautiful job, you can’t tell where the damage was. They treated me royally, arranged for the rental vehicle, made everything easy with the insurance and all. Highly recommend Assured Automotive in Woodstock, ON! Thanks to Mark, Nathan and your team! R	Rob Couch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had worked very hard to pay off my car for 3 and half years to be able to purchase a brand new vehicle Sadly after getting that brand new vehicle someone had scratched it I was devastated my insurance company suggested since I lived in Woodstock to go to a Assured automotive and I am very glad I did my vehicle is very unique color of bronze and they match it up perfectly I don't see any difference at all the scratche is gone and I'm very happy , I have been looking around to see if there's any difference in the paint and there is nothing everything matches up hundred percent my so happy that we took it to Assured Automotive ?

Went the extra mile and even repaired my other fender that wasn't damaged because it had a small rust spot. So thank you assured automotive for the excellent service, great great job.

We make an appointment after getting rear ended A WEEK AGO and finally go to get the damage checked out, only to be told they don't work with Allstate? MAYBE would have been nice to know WHEN WE MADE THE APPOINTMENT? Now we have to start the process over again. Useless. Thanks for making a stressful situation even worse. "I'm just hearing about it myself now" - just pass the buck.
