★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have trusted Urban Performance with our vehicle repairs for several years now. They are honest and fair, and will let me know what is urgent and what can wait. I’ve done a lot of vehicle repairs myself in the past, so I have a good idea of the issues that can arise over time. Some shops in the city will try to tell you there are issues, even on repair work recently done. Unlike those shops, Urban Performance definitely operates with more integrity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duane is a great mechanic, he's been my mechanic for over 15 yrs, today he did my brakes. He knew I was on a time line, he got my truck in right away and got my breaks done in a timely manner so I could get home after being up extremely early, 4am.
Thanks Duane, Id recommend him to every one who needs vehicle repairs. Great job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban Performance is no longer the same shop after Dwayne's retirement. The service is now very poor and it's as difficult for the client to get lasting service completed like it is for them to source parts on time. Beyond doing diagnostics I don't think they have actual personnel anymore to do complete repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used Urban Performance for the first time and I can say I will never go anywhere else. All the staff were very helpful, as I understand nothing about cars. I feel that they charge a fair price and worked in a very timely manor. Parts are very hard to find at this time and they were able to get my car up and going with almost no down time. I am glad it was recommended to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Escape had been stolen. It’s condition had been evaluated and although no damage had been done by the thieves , the car needed maintenance on the tie rods. The estimate by Urban was $400.The car was running fine so I put off the maintenance for a later date.
The next time it went in for regular maintenance, at the dealership, I mentioned that I had been told that the Escape needed some front end work. I was told that to diagnose the problem would be $400.
I made an appointment with Urban the next day.I have taken the car there since. The service has always been great and the charges had been reasonable.
I have to tell you about their honesty and integrity. It started last week when my car went in for an oil change. The mechanic did an inspection and found the car had many needs including struts, shocks, tie rods, and many fluids. I booked an appointment for the next week. When they hoisted the car they realized the frame had rusted around the rear shock mount. Les phoned me and upon my inspection I decided not to proceed and I bought a new car.I was not charged anything. Urban’s honesty and integrity cost them thousands in income but demonstrated their honourable character. Thank you to all the people at Urban.
