★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in today for wine and perhaps an appetizer. Stayed for much more. The food was delicious and inspiring without being pretentious. The waiter Andy was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided great advise. Will return soon to try more tempting menu options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Searched online for a place in Barrie with exceptional food - deserves the rating. Exceptional service by Andy and all staff. Food was beautifully plated but also very tasty. I had duck and my husband trout. The main in the meal was great but there were also so many healthy but very tasty sides on the plate. Will be back for sure. Thanks for a great food and service experience Andy and other staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful food presentation and unique. Tasty food. The only thing they need to do is change the deep fryer oil more often. My crispy rice cakes tasted like old oil. Will return. My girlfriend's lunch was perfect. Service was excellent, very polite and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely hands down no question asked Urban Dish is the best restaurant in Barrie. The atmosphere, the service, the specialty cocktails and the Food all Absolutely fantabulous. Andy our waiter was amazing his humor and personality are fantastic. (not knocking Merv by any means she is always wonderful and a pleasure). Being a foodie and a regular restaurant patron I consider myself a good judge of quality and Urban Dish is the perfect mix of great food and great service in an amazing atmosphere many can learn a thing or 2 from this place. Well done!!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you haven't been here, go. Go now, like this is one of the best places you will ever eat. Get the Yorkshire pudding It is beyond incredible any escargot just brings it into whole new level. And if you like lamb get the shank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply fantastic. Our server, Merv, was very charismatic and fun to talk to. We got two appetizers, two mains and if time hadn't run out, we would have also enjoyed one of their four delicious desserts. All of our food was great; the portions were properly sized, with quality ingredients and presented very appealingly. We would definitely come back!
