M	Michael Bennett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: I said I would edit my review if they improved and they have. Had breakfast at Uptown and the owner was very attentive and the breakfast was great. They have expanded their menu and are offering a lot of live music. I sincerely hope that The Uptown Resto Bar becomes a mainstay for Arnprior. And yes, they just installed an outdoor patio and it looks great. Very limited menu. Only 3 choices for a main course. I ordered the medium wings and they were cold when they came to the table and really had no or little flavour of wing sauce. The wings them self were a good size and crispy at least. I also ordered the French Onion soup. The soup was also cold and very bland that the cheese couldn't even melt. I am giving them 3 stars since they are newly opened and hopefully it will get better in time. I will go back in a while and see if they have improved and if they have, I will change my rating.

I haven't had such great service in years. We left so happy with our experience and thrilled to have found a new go-to restaurant.

No refills, no checking on the guests, no cutlery or sauces provided until after the food was brought out, and only after I highlighted they were missing. We were thinking about having a desert, but after looking at our empty plates for almost 20 minutes and no sign of the waiter, we decided to leave. We were 1 of 4 tables in the whole restaurant, wasn't even peak time. For their sake, I hope they sort themselves out and correct the issue with service; however, I strongly doubt we will return to see if they have improved.
a	anne diamond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a super experience at this restaurant! The food was outstanding and there were some very interesting dishes such as butter chicken lasagna (was amazing!). The portions are very generous and prices are so reasonable. We will definitely be back to enjoy more selections! And maybe the live bands on Saturday nights!

Angus beef was perfectly cooked and tasted the best. We will be definitely comeback. We didn't take pictures because we couldn't wait to eat??. Next time! Bonus to the food was the lively atmosphere, exactly the town needs. However with just 1 wait staff it seemed really difficult to manage. Also the only waitress could have stepped up to help instead of rolling eyes each time, at the bar it looked like the waitress was confusing the bartender adding to the chaos. Irrespective of the fact of lack of staff, we are gonna come during low tide considering how good the food was!! I wish more staff joins their team soon! Good luck ? ?

Owner/Chef infusing East Indian flavors into traditional dishes like Curry Chicken lasagna seen in pic that was to die for. The Fish and Chips were generous in portion with a crispy batter and fries were cooked to a golden crisp. Our waitress provided top shelf service. We went on a night with live entertainment which is always a bonus. Do yourself a favor and check this place out next time you're looking for a good meal in the 'Prior.
