I had the most amazing experience there! Everyone is super friendly and accommodating! You feel at home and the space is absolutely stunning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing spot. The studio is stunning, super clean with great ambiance. All the staff and instructors are very warm and welcoming. While slightly unconventional Tom definitely has the best playlists that give a fun twist to the usual routine. I’ve been doing yoga for a few years and this has been one of the best experiences I have had. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I cannot imagine doing yoga anywhere else. Apart from providing a gorgeous space to practice, Union will give you a sense of community. The teachers are passionate and always up for a chat. The other practicing yogis are so welcoming and friendly. Overall, I think of Union as more than just yoga studio and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so happy to have found Union 108! I work from home and sit all day, then go to the gym to lift weights. My hips have always been tight, shoulders unstable and I’ve never prioritized mobility before getting a membership at Union. I have noticed a huge difference in my mobility and stability since joining. I’ve become more mindful of my posture and breathing in my every day life, and have been able to move more weight in the gym, with reduced chance of injury.
The variety of classes are great. Unwind helps me sleep, Unite is a good blend of movement and stretching, Stretch focuses on mobility, and Flow is such a great way to start the day. The teachers are fun and passionate about their work. The studio is beautiful and relaxing. 110% would recommend :)
