The spa is very clean and relaxing. The staff is very knowledgeable and has helped me with all my skin issues. I highly recommend them.

I recently had the micro-needling and it has repaired all the sun damage and newer fine lines. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I only trust her with my body laser and all facials. I highly recommend going in to see her for a visit.
A	Aman Chera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the lady who did my facial was not good! I got the hydroxy carbon facial. I didn't like that she didn't give me all the information about the facial before doing it. I even told her I don't know much about it and I've never got it done before. I wanted something for my acne prone skin. She told me some stuff about it briefly and that there would be no downtime! But when I got home, my face was super red in areas and some areas looked like there were burns. I was super stressed about my skin. I called this place back and another technician informed me that if i have acne or acne scars, this will happen (this was not informed to me by the technician who did my facial at the appointment time). Next day, there were scabs all over my cheeks and I have to go to work looking like this. If I had known that my face needs to heal for a week, I would've got a regular facial. I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication about the facial. 2 days later I got a text from spa asking me about my experience. I texted them back explaining this whole situation. I got no response after that . I would’ve liked an apology for the stressful experience I went through and an acknowledgment that they would give this feedback to that technician so it doesn’t happen again to anyone else.

Isabel one of their front desk representative always ensure I get the best deals.Kristine their manager, provides an exceptional service and never fails the keep me comfortable during my appointments. 10/10 Highly recommend!!!

Having never had any facial treatments in the past, I was excited to see the possibilities of clear skin. Since the COVID-19 pandemic began and mask wearing completely destroyed my skin, I had almost given up any hope for my skin to be clear again until a friend referred me to Uptown Med Spa and advised me to switch to medical grade skin care. I will update this review after a week or so, as it is too early to see results but I’m very excited! Thanks Kristine for your kindness.

Kristine is extremely compassionate and and understood my concerns. I have had only 2 treatments with her, and I don't remeber the last time my skin looked so good. I highly recommend visiting Kristine at the spa!

I went ahead and took a package for multiple HydraFacial's. Due to unavailability of dates at Langley location I went ahead for surrey location assuming it would be the same quality service. But I was really disappointed! Front desk girl was super nice but the lady performing my HydraFacial did not do a great job. She was super fast and wanted to get away with each step, she did not give enough time for the mask to stay on my face. She was missing certain areas on my face while extracting which I did bring up to her during my facial but she replied in a very weird and RUDE way that she already did it, which I knew she didn't. It was not my first HydraFacial, so I knew what to expect but the service by the lady was very poor she just wanted to get rid of the client as soon as possible. Would not recommend visiting this location for HydraFacial's at all. This location wants to book client's in and then get rid of them fast. Very poor service completely wastage of money.
