★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so disappointed in trusting this guy , the worst experience our group ever had when we trusted him to handle our mortgage. we ended up with the private lender, who happens to be his BOSS, and almost ten % interest per month. Luckily we were able to secure a mortgage loan on our own after a week from the bank in front of their office . But still we have to pay penalty for leaving early. Just a heads up guys. He handle our papers for almost 4 months and still end up with his boss.
